Calyden works on a fixed-fee basis. There is no hourly billing, no open-ended scope, and no subscriptions.
A priority engagement fee reserves Calyden's time and attention for your matter. Calyden then drafts a written engagement agreement specific to your situation, with a single fixed total — reflecting the complexity, urgency, and discretion the matter requires — sent to you for review and signature before any work begins.
If a request is declined, nothing is charged. If accepted, you will know the full cost and timeframe in advance, and be expected to proceed decisively once terms are confirmed.

Continuity Arrangement
For individuals who anticipate a recurring need for discretion, Calyden offers a Continuity Arrangement: a standing relationship that removes the friction of a first-time engagement, so that when something urgent arises, execution can begin immediately.
